I specialize in vinyasa practice, adoptee wellness and spiritual healing practices.  Physical or Digital note taking is encouraged for all sessions.

Adoptee Centered Yoga & Meditation Class – Online (Zoom) unless located In Erie County (Buffalo NY)

Begin with adoptee centered healing inner work journal prompts, intention setting, and gentle welcome & house keeping

45 minute all – levels yoga class, 15 minute meditation
