I've been teaching yoga since 2008. My journey started as a way to heal from my own trauma, and now I love sharing what I’ve learned to help others feel grounded and free from overwhelming stress. I focus on gentle, mindful practices that can enhance inner peace and happiness. I apply holistic practices that people can use on or off the mat for quickly regaining a sense of calm. I have an MBA and worked for years in a high stress environment before feeling burnout so I am all about gentle approaches that can that bring harmony to the mind and body quickly. Many of my clients are beginners and come to me wanting to regain their mental clarity, find balance, manage stress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, build their self-esteem, and create healthy habits with clear goals.
I welcome everyone, no matter their age or experience level.
As for my credentials, I am a Yoga Therapist, E-RYT500, YACEP, EFT Practitioner and Life Coach. I offer community yoga classes, workshops and trainings for all those wanting to learn more about stress management options and yoga.
