I have extensive experience supporting clients on their journey through cancer and also end of life care. I hold a Cancer Awareness Certificate from The Jennifer Young Training School. I am also a Qualified Butterfly Touch Cancer Therapist. I also hold a certificate in Intro to Anxiety from Mind in West Essex Mental Health Training Academy and am a Qualified Mental Health Mind in West Essex Befriender and hold a certificate in Mental Health.

I am a member of a Spiritual Mentorship Group Awakened Spiritual Hub led by Dawn Smith to further develop my Intuition and Psychic abilities to enhance the Distant Remote Reiki and Quantum Treatments I offer Yourself, Your Loved Ones or Your Pets.

I have extensive experience supporting clients on their journey through cancer and also end of life care. I hold a Cancer Awareness Certificate from The Jennifer Young Training School and a qualification in Hydrotherm Tranquil Sea Massage for cancer with insurance so that I can offer you this treatment without requiring medical consent. I hold certificates in Intro to Anxiety, Stress, Panick Attacks, Phobias, Seasonal Affective Disorder and Sleep and Mental Health from Mind in West Essex Mental Health Training Academy. I also hold a Level 2 Mental Health Certification which helps me to be aware and understand your diagnosis and signpost you to different support services. I also hold Diplomas for Oncology Massage, Reiki and Reflexology with Butterfly Touch Therapies accredited by The Association of Reflexologists, Complementary Therapists Association and The Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am also a member of a Spiritual Mentor Group to further develop my Intuition and Psychic abilities to enhance the Reiki and Distant Remote Reiki Treatments I offer Yourself, Your Loved Ones or Your Pets. At the beginning of your Reiki Treatment I will always ask you if you wish to know if I connect with anyone for you and whether you want to know or just prefer the Reiki Treatment. I am able to offer you On Line and Face To Face Emotional Support and Coaching you through your life’s ups and downs to bring You Clarity and Positive Change. If you are on a Journey Through Cancer I can guide you through from a holistic perspective offering you an adapted or new Lifestyle Journey Plan with supportive information to take an holistic approach alongside your Oncology Treatments. All of the holistic treatments I offer can be integrated into your personalised Spiritual Life Coaching Lifestyle Journey Plan which together we will decide what it will include.

I can understand and sympathise with you if you have a mental health condition as I know only to well what this feels like, how stress, anxiety and depression and feeling overwhelmed affects you at times as I have gone through this myself. I also have a good understanding of cancer as my partner had a cancer diagnoses in 2020 and is now in remission. Someone very close in my family has recently been diagnosed with cancer in March 2024 and I am currently supporting them as well. I myself have also been on the cancer pathway twice, still undiagnosed so I myself have a good understanding of the NHS and Private routes for procedures, different scans and biopsies.
