As I carve out my space in holistic wellness, I’ve been dedicated to furthering my education at Yogamu, obtaining credentials and licenses in a diverse range of Ayurvedic and yogic disciplines. From Ayurvedic Practitioner and Chef to Dermatologist, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Yoga Psychologist, and even an Ayurvedic Animal Wellness Consultant, I am mastering the art of healing in every form. Yes, yes I am almost done. But this journey is about more than just certifications; it’s about creating a legacy of wellness, empowerment, and transformation.
