I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, supporting clients in creating a foundation of health by focusing on digestive system care, hormone balance, detoxification, stress management, and movement/exercise. As a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor, I also believe that it is essential to cultivate a healthy, loving, and authentic relationship to your own body, mind and spirit. By balancing your nervous system to create an internal environment that allows for physical and spiritual healing, you are able to fully unlock your best self and all the joys of life.
I work online and in-person with individuals and private or corporate groups to provide Meditation Guidance, Yoga Instruction, and Health/Nutrition Coaching.
