1/2 hr mindfulness art meditation
Incorporating mindfulness through the creative process of art has many benefits such as creating new neural pathways, breath awareness and emotional or stress release.
You do not need any art experience. It is about the process rather than the end result.
You will need: a pen, pencil or paper (or)
paint, paper and a paintbrush.
A mat or cushion
A quiet space for your online session
