I am currently finishing the tail end of the 300-hour kundalini yoga training. I am starting the 300 – hr Meditation study with my teacher to finish my 500 hours. I am also in studies for becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner (finishing second year) 1000-hour program which is an extension in herbal clinicals. I also have a Business herbal certification I am working on completing slowly. There is a Biodiversity project I am working on applying now for future farm goals / grants. This project involves an ongoing study between Honeybees, Native Bees and other pollinators – cultivation of vegetables (tomatoes / squash etc.) -Mushroom cultivation – native plants – cultivation/naturalizing of medicinal plants. I am also very proactive with cultivating endangered plant species (ie planting more ramps and ginseng) and am a member of the United Plant Savers to preserve / protect / educate for a brighter thriving future that peacefully coexists with Nature.

One must keep the self-study constant to help others.
