Namaste! My name is Ebony Russell RAHC AP and I am the owner and founder of Gracious Amalaki LLC. I am a Registered Ayurveda Health Counselor with the AAPNA and I have received my Ayurveda Practitioner Certificate from Yogamu Insititue. I am also registered with the GYTA. Gracious Amalaki is the place to go for all things Ayurveda. I do lifestyle coaching as well as hosting groups so that I may share the wonders of the ancient form of medicine that is Ayurveda. I help people with achieving and maintaining optimal health as well as offering various groups so that we can grow together in the beautiful world that is Ayurvedic Medicine.
