Joseph started practicing yoga in 2013 because he had become too heavy and inflexible to put shoes on. Gradually, through gym yoga – for exercise only – he lost 70 pounds, through yoga, and not eating wheat. His health improved.

Six years later, he attended a yoga studio that included teachings about yoga lifestyle, ethics, and philosophy.

Physical, mental, and emotional problems that haunted him for decades, resolved themselves in months.
