Hello, I have been studying since I was a teen. I am happy to be a member of GYTA. See my certifications. they continue to build. I am finishing currently by spring /summer 2025 the 500-kundalini certification, 500 -meditation certification, trauma informed yoga, Ayurveda 1000 practitioner study (two more years), and others to follow. I am also advancing my studies in vitalist driven herbalism to parallel Ayurveda practitioner study. It is always about being a forever student and dancing your life well I have a teaching curriculum building on teachable that involves yoga studies, herbalism, and ayurveda.
